Precision 101 started off in late 2017 as a detailing business fka “Precision Detailing.” After almost 5 years in the industry we knew there was more on the table. August of 2021 began the journey of my Paintless Dent Repair career. While balancing my early beginnings I was still doing high end exterior detailing, i.e., paint corrections and ceramic coatings. 2024 started off with a bang and we officially opened our doors to the Texas Panhandle and surrounding areas. With my experience in both industries, I knew that the two meshed beautifully when it came to Auto Reconditioning.

Here at Precision 101 LLC we specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR.) Paintless Dent Repair is the process of removing dents from the body panels of vehicles. The types of dents often repaired using this technique are typically caused by hail damage, door dents, and very minor collision.

Paintless Dent Repair is the future when it comes to repairing your vehicle’s damage. With this method we are able to repair damage at a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional body shop. PDR technicians are able to reverse the damage, and save your vehicles factory paint and panels leading to NO diminished value due to repairs!

Becoming a PDR Technician is not an easy task. PDR is a skill that requires YEARS of education, practice, and grit. We use specialized tools to apply pressure to the backside of the panel to remove surface imperfections. Damage may also be repaired by bonding a variety of hot glue “tabs” or other devices to the exterior of the panel and pull the dent from the top side. By using either of these techniques, the technician is able to restore original panel appearance, thus eliminating the need to refinish the panel’s surface.
